Wedding Planning and Design

Our goal is to create the perfect custom wedding for you and your partner. We look are your story, what you love, who you are as a couple- and how we can tell it to your guests. We look at making sure we create and capture your Heirloom Moments, designing custom installs and running logistics with you team. All while you focus on the most important thing of all, marrying the one you love.

  • One lead planner and one assistant

  • day-of emergency kit

  • Once monthly in-person or FaceTime meetings to review progress and update binder

  • $100 credit with Paper Crane Calligraphy

  • Preferred vendor list

  • Design board 

  • Oversight and resourcing of custom designed items (IE: custom stir sticks or table numbers)

  • Attendance of bridal gown selection and fittings, catering / dessert tasting, and rental / floral mockup meetings 

  • Timeline for all vendors and bridal party

  • Assistance coordinating contracts with vendors

  • Confirm with vendors 2 weeks prior items/services to be provided, expectations and location of set up

  • Storage of personal items for wedding day, transportation of items to location

  • Walk- through at wedding site 1-2 weeks prior to wedding weekend with any vendor deemed necessary 

  • Point of contact on wedding day

  • Oversee vendor arrival 

  • Set up and styling of personal items (large displays are subject to an additional charge)

  • Dispersal of vendor tips (must already be sectioned out into labeled envelopes by client)

  • Handling of any issues that may arise 

  • Repacking of personal items with predetermined locations
